In the heart of Venice, near Campo de la Guerra, a doorway invites us to enter and climb to the third floor. There is no lift, but the stairs are easily navigable. We enter the code and the automatic door opens in front of us, revealing the bright living room with parquet, beams and exposed brickwork. The sofa and chandeliers compete with each other in a design contest. From the living room we soon reach the open-plan kitchen with an open view over the rooftops of Venice. Induction hobs and modern appliances promise interesting meals, combined with the attention to detail in the choice of wall units. From the living room we head left into the sleeping area: a first small bedroom opens at the beginning of the corridor, small and pretty, perfect for hosting a friend, relative or nanny. We continue mirrored in the long corridor, to the right the first modern bathroom with soft tones that dialogue with each other. A step separates us from the other two rooms, to the left a huge fort with bunk beds, exposed beams and wraparound lighting introduces us to the children's room, with four single beds and plenty of space. Continuing straight on, we reach the master bedroom, an undisputed synthesis of mirrors and designer furnishings and lighting, between glass and iron. On the opposite wall from which we entered, a door leads us to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron, and from here we reach the en suite bathroom, complete with all sanitary facilities.

The appointment for the rental with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
