Decorative wood panelling, cosy fabrics and plenty of light are a tribute to the impressive mountain world of the Dolomites. From the balconies of the apartments you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the mountain peaks. In the basement there are cellar rooms with ski depot and an underground car park with sufficient parking space. The property also includes agricultural land (meadows, pastures, alpine pastures, woods), as well as agricultural buildings (stable, barn) which can be purchased together with the residential buildings as a "closed yard" at an additional cost of 1 million €. The residential complex has a regular license for tourist renting and is therefore ideal for tourism operators or those who want to become.

Enneberg: Location and surroundings of this property

The charming village of San Vigilio is located in the middle of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park and is the capital of the municipality of Marebbe. At the foot of the Dolomites, San Vigilio is known as a famous skiing and hiking paradise. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the "MIARA" lift facility, with a connection to the Kronplatz with its 119 km of slopes and 32 lifts. From the "MIARA" ski station you can also reach San Martino in Badia with a ski lift connection, from where you can take the ski bus to the "ALTA BADIA" ski area. This connection offers numerous other leisure activities, such as climbing the "MARMOLADA" or the experience of the "SELLARONDA" ski and bike tour. Since 2017, San Vigilio has been the venue for the Women's Giant Slalom World Cup. The scene of the race is the "ERTA" ski slope, one of the "Black Five" of the Kronplatz ski area. The siblings Manuela and Manfred Mölgg, born in Marebbe who have been among the protagonists of the Ski World Cup for some time and act as testimonials for the community, have also been training on this slope for years. The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
