The farm consists of one main building built on 2 levels with old stables and cellars on the ground floor and the lodging on the first floor. On the ground floor there are still the old mangers and the old wooden vats. The first floor is reached through an ancient stone staircase that leads to the characteristic loggia with brick columns. The floors and the roof were partially destroyed and consist of wood and terracotta that can be reused for a careful renovation. In the immediate vicinity of the central building there are also 2 large huts characterized by typical perforated grid of brickwork, once used for the storage of hay and agricultural vehicles. There are also 2 small huts, one with old wood stove. On the unpaved road leading to the farm stands a big holm oak tree that marks the entrance to the courtyard, flanked by an ancient watering hole in very suggestive circular stone. The courtyard surrounding the whole complex has an area of about 15,000 square meters and each side offers magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. Light, water and gas supply.
