Lenno: Location and surroundings of this property

Tremezzina, a coastal municipality located on the western central shore of Lake Como, is one of the most famous and prestigious locations in the area.
The town of Lenno is very well known both for its splendid lakefront where there are numerous restaurants that directly overlook the Gulf of Venus and for the splendid Villa del Balbianello; the latter is a historic villa open to the public and last year it was the second most visited historic site of the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano, cultural association) in Italy.
The proximity and convenience in reaching the main infrastructures, such as the Malpensa airport which is easily reached in just 1 hour by car, the city of Milan which is 70 km away, and the city of Lugano, in Switzerland, which is located a half an hour by car, have allowed Tremezzo to become one of the most requested locations on Lake Como.
Tremezzo is located opposite the famous city of Bellagio, which can be reached in just 10 minutes by boat.
For winter sports lovers the most prestigious alpine resorts can be reached in a short time; San Moritz is only 1 hour and a half drive away and Livigno, a duty free area where you can go shopping in the middle of the ski slopes, is about 2 hours away by car.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
