What you should know about this house

Amenities and special features of this house

Palazzo Bezzi lies in the old village of Incisa Scapaccino, a mansion with medieval origins in a dominating position, with marvellous views on the surrounding hills.
The property consists of 2 buildings; the main mansion and an annex. The three floors of the main building have typical features of medieval times such as thick walls, barrel vaults, floors with terracotta tiles, impressive stairways and entrances. The antique main door on the ground floor enters into an important hall with stairs made of the original stone leading to the upper floors. On the first floor there is a large living room with high cross vaults and a fireplace, and a generous kitchen opening to the garden next to the house. A hallway leads to a study and a bathroom, also on the first floor. On the second floor the sleeping quarters consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. From the bedroom windows the panorama is breath-taking.
This part of the property includes a garden and a very private external dining area. Following a path which meanders behind the property one reaches the upper part of the garden with its mature plants. One wing of the house and the attic are waiting to be renovated, thus increasing the total volume.
In front of the Palazzo the property continues with the antique courtyard which faces the medieval village walls, with a characteristic small tower, and the entirely renovated annex consisting of three floors, with open-plan kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, living room on the first floor and bedroom on the second floor.
