The municipality of Albavilla lies at the foot of the Lariano triangle between Como and Lecco. The area stretches from Lake Alserio (260 m) to the summit of Mount Bolettone (1320 m) and is one of the most beautiful in the Brianza region. The municipality of Albavilla includes the districts (Frazioni) of Carcano, Corogna, Vill'Albese, Molena and Saruggia.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
