Mezzegra is a fraction of Tremezzina, a municipality recently established on the central western shore of Lake Como.
The municipality of Tremezzina is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.

Just a ten-minute walk from the apartment, you can reach the pier to explore Lake Como and its most well-known locations comfortably with the ferry boat navigation service.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
