This magnificent and prestigious Venetian Villa 17th century, unique in the area of the Prosecco Hills, now a UNESCO heritage site, was built in 1679 probabily by the well-known Venetian Baroque architect of the Palladio school of the Republic of Venice, Baldassarre Longhena.
The Villa is located on top of a hill from which, this marvelous residence, dominates the historic and reserved town of Conegliano Veneto.
This Villa is considered one of the most beautiful among the historic Venetian Villas linked to the Superintendency of Cultural, Historical and Monumental Heritage.
The noble structure is accessed from an important private driveway with is inserted in front of the large park of about 47 hectares with old trees, with an outbuilding of about 120 square meters at the edge of the neoclassical pool, both connected to the lawn above and the entrance of the property through a stone staircase.
The typical Palladian façade is embellished by the majestic staircase that takes us to the main entrance of the property whose impressive beauty hosted in 1938 the Duke Amedeo of Savoy Aosta and his staff.
The entire property is distributed on three floors plus a mezzanine floor for a total of about 1300 square meters.
In the reserved area, on the ground floor and with entrance from the north side we find the large kitchen and the dining rooms, connected by the internal staircase to the upper floor.
