Torno: Location and surroundings of this property

Torno is a village situated on the eastern shore of Lake Como.
Historically, on this side of the lake, some of the most important villas and palaces on Lake Como were built; the most important one is surely the Villa Plinian, now home to an important luxury resort.
Villa Taverna is just seven kilometers from Como, on the road linking Como and Bellagio, it is 40 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport, about an hour from Milan and 30 minutes from Switzerland.
Moreover, thanks to the navigation service of the lake, towns around Lake Como such as Cernobbio, Menaggio and Bellagio can be easily reached by ferryboat.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
