Laglio: Location and surroundings of this property

Laglio is a coastal town located on the western shore of Lake Como in the first basin. The town has become famous all over the world thanks to its prestigious citizen George Clooney. Laglio is very close to Cernobbio and the famous Villa d'Este Hotel.
In just fifteen minutes by car you can reach both the Swiss customs border and the Milan - Lugano - Zurich motorway and from here the Milan Malpensa international airport can be reached in about forty minutes by car.
Given the characteristics of the proposed property the ideal way to tour the lake and visit the famous resorts of Bellagio and Menaggio is to own a private boat.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
