Moltrasio: Location and surroundings of this property

Moltrasio is a town on the western shore of Lake Como and next to Cernobbio and it belongs to the most elegant villages of Lake Como. The vicinity to Cernobbio and to Villa d’Este makes Moltrasio a sought-after tourist location. The historical town centre is absolutely picturesque, and on the water's edge you'll find the Lido and a few other excellent restaurants.
All year long, Como's shipping company offers comfortable connections with other popular locations around the lake – Bellagio, for example!
The most important infrastructures are nearby: the Lombardic metropolis Milan with its international airports Malpensa and Linate is 58 km (50 minutes by car) away. Lugano – with its regional airport – in Switzerland can be
reached in 37 minutes (35 km), and the city of Como is only an 18-minute drive (9.5 km) away.
Whilst the lake offers a plethora of possibilities for lovers of water sports, the back-country invites you to walk and
wander, to trek and ride your bike or mountain bike. Lovers of winter sports can drive to the famous St. Moritz (Switzerland), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Italy) in 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
