Civenna: Location and surroundings of this property

Bellagio is the most famous town on Lake Como. In Las Vegas (USA), one of the most important hotel-casinos in the city has been named after this wonderful place and it is not surprising that the famous Rockefeller Foundation is located in Bellagio, specifically in Villa Serbelloni.
The ancient tradition and local craftsmanship are still preserved and in the small shops you can find beautiful sculptures, ceramics and blown glass works of art. The elegant restaurants offer typical and popular Italian dishes.
Civenna, a historic hamlet located in an elevated position just above the town of Bellagio, has recently been merged with the municipality of Bellagio.
A typical feature of Civenna is the wide panorama of the lake, the promontory of Bellagio and the two sides of the Upper Lario.
The world-famous Villa d ’Este hotel is just 40 minutes away located just outside the city of Como where the highway entrance to Malpensa and Linate airports is located. The airports can be reached in about 45 minutes. Lugano Agno airport is located one hour from Bellagio.
From Varenna, a town in front of Bellagio, or from Como, a frequent railway service will take you to Milan, the historic Lombard capital, famous worldwide for its culture, shops and restaurants.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
