Hidden in the hills of Macerata, but close to the city, the 19th century building (in which, according to legend, the patron saint of the city of Macerata San Giuliano, atoned for his sins as a ferryman and a hospitable man, between the banks of the river Potenza, which flows downstream from the city) after the original restoration in 1887 in the "Swiss style", entrusted to the Macerata engineer Pietro Collina and characterized by a strong roof slope with crenellated wooden edgings, was conservatively restored in 2015 by the property, creating common areas as well as several suites, each consisting of living kitchen, sleeping area and associated services, equipped with every comfort and distributed over the three floors of the building.
