The town of Eupilio, in the province of Como, is located in a strategically important area between Como, Lecco, Milan and Brianza.
This village of 2800 inhabitants remains on the hillside of Mount Cornizzolo (1,140 m asl), in a prealpine area rich in lakes located in the heart of Upper Brianza.

Commission Details
The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) is governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
