The village of Entratico is located just 15 km from the city of Bergamo and 14 km from the international airport of Milan/Orio al Serio. Entratico, from the Latin "Intraticum", means "to enter" in reference to the position of the village at the entrance of the splendid Val Cavallina. The country is known for the innumerable naturalistic features among which stands out: the Buca del Corno. A suggestive cave, about four hundred meters long, where some archaeological excavations have found remains of tombs dating back to the Copper Age (III Millennium BC).
Here, you can admire environments where water erosion has created almost architectural effects. In the village there is also a medieval village with the remains of a small castle, the Church of San Martino Vescovo built on a small pre-existing church in the sixteenth century, the Sanctuary of the Annunciation whose construction dates back to 1535.
