Welschnofen: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located at the beginning of the village of Carezza, in a strategic position for access to the ski slopes which are only 200 mt away. On foot are also very easy to move around the village, for example in a few minutes you can reach the small shops for every daily need. The nearest village, Nova Levante, is about 15 minutes by car and is the real economic centre of the area, here you can find banks, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. Between Nova Levante and the characteristic village of Carezza, there is the famous and incomparable Lake Carezza, in which the peaks of Catinaccio and Latemar are reflected. The lake is famous for its emerald colour and for this reason it is also called "rainbow lake". The ski area Ski Area Carezza includes 16 ski lifts and 40 km of perfectly prepared slopes. In spring and summer you can go on exciting excursions on foot or by mountain bike. Near the property there is also a 9-hole golf course in the picturesque mountain landscape. The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
