Cernobbio, the famous tourist village and location for many important fairs and international events is the lake’s queen and fascinates everyone.
In Cernobbio there is the Grand Hotel Villa d’Este, meeting point for personalities from all over the world. Cernobbio is situated only 5km from the Swiss frontier and only a minute from the highway exit Como Nord. Milan can be reached in only 30 minutes.
The airport of Milan Malpensa is in a distance of only 45 minutes; thanks to the new highway Pedemontanta from 2013 it will only 25 minutes.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
