The plots are located near the Sant'Angelo Mount where, in the middle of the slope, stands the Sanctuary of the “Mother of Mercies” that, built between 1450 and 1468, annually celebrates an important religious festival, welcoming a strenuous pilgrimage of the faithful.
Directly adjacent to the Sanctuary, there are further buildings belonging to the same same architectural complex, that we offer for sale.
Originally intended to house Dominicans, these buildings still retain their original charme and are characterised by that stone coming from the nearby and homonymous quarry, currently quiescent by virtue of important archaeological findings. In addition to these buildings, in a Mount's plateau, from where you can see the Republic of San Marino, the Montefeltro area, the Nerone Mount, the Strega Mount, the Catria Mount, the Cucco Mount, the Sibillini chain of mountains, as well as the Gran Sasso massif, there are also ruined buildings, possibly to be restored. The sea is visible from Rimini to the border with Abruzzo region. The agricultural land is mainly destined to pasture and wood for about 114 ha, then to arable land for about 26 ha and it has an expansion area of about 3000 mq, destined to turistic accomodation, with buildability index of about 1000mq, near the "La Baita"Restaurant. There are also fountshead in the Mount, second only to those of Gorgovivo, in terms of hydrogeological importance.
The entire landscape surrounding the estate is really worth noting, as for its beauty it has been considered “the new Tuscany” by the prestigious and important English newspaper "The Daily News".

On the top of the Mountain, once known as Camiliano Mount, there is a small church (IX century) dedicated to St. Michael the Archangel, abbreviated as Sant'Angelo, as well as protector of the State Police Dept and from which derives the name of the whole area.
Sant'Angelo Mount of Arcevia also stands out for being an emblem of the liberation struggle by the Nazi-Fascists, deriving from a tragic episode that is annually commemorated with a public event, in which an entire family and some partisans were trucked and to whom it was dedicated a monument.
A legend tells that, inside a big pot rolled over from the Mount, a young lady has been eternally spinning her golden loom as the Devil caught her on the Ascension day, during the celebrations. From the forest you can still hear the noise of the loom in the daylight and the lament of the young lady in the night.
