These apartments are located in Como's quiet and central district of Borghi, which features many magnificent buildings from the last century. Como’s city centre is only a stone's throw away – here you'll find shops, museums, restaurants, trendy bars, cinemas and theatres.
The train station Como Borghi Nord is within walking distance. The trains take you to Milan in an hour, and to Milan-Malpensa airport in only 40 minutes.
You can take ferries to the smaller towns on the lake, such as the famous town of Bellagio.
If you prefer travelling by car, you can reach Milan with its international airports Linate and Malpensa in an hour, and the city of Lugano in Switzerland with its regional airport in half an hour.
The lake offers you a myriad of water sports, and the countryside is perfect for long walks. Go hiking, trekking, cycling or mountain biking!
If you prefer skiing or snowboarding, the winter sports resorts St. Moritz (CH), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Ital.) can be reached in 2.5–3 hours by car.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
