The historic market town of San Candido is not only a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, but is also one of the most popular holiday resorts in the South Tyrolean Val Pusteria. Consisting of the fractions Monte San Candido, Versciaco di Sopra, Versciaco di Sotto e Prato alla Drava, San Candido offers a large area of 80,10 km² with numerous possibilities to spend your leisure time.
Very popular is the "in-house ski area" of San Candido, the mount di Baranci. It offers night skiing since 2011, has a sledge run for the winter and a fun bob run for the summer. The ski area Monte Helmo is located in the village Versciaco and belongs together with the Monte di Baranci to the ski area Tre Cime Dolomite and both are also part of the worldwide biggest ski carousel the Dolomiti Superski. The village extends as far as the Sesto Dolomites and the Three Peaks Nature Park.

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
