Monza: Location and surroundings of this property

Monza, the capital of the industrious Brianza, is an important economic and cultural that has become one of the richest in Lombardy. This geographical area is located 15 km north of Milan, close to Bergamo, Como and Lecco, less than 30 minutes to reach the border with Switzerland. The city boasts the largest fenced park in Europe containing the gardens of the Royal Villa and the National Racetrack hosting the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Monza. Brianza is the place of choice to purchase the first home to Italian and foreign entrepreneurs who will find beautiful green areas, services and infrastructures. Monza services: Monza is located close to major roads (strategic positioning) and is characterized by the rapid rail link with Milan (about 10 minutes by train); tt is divided into several zones (surrounding the center), including the following, which are among the most popular for the graceful architecture and a location between downtown and the park:
