Nesso: Location and surroundings of this property

Nesso is a town on the eastern shore of the first basin of Lake Como, and halfway between Bellagio and Como; these two towns are easily reachable both in about twenty minutes by car.
Not far from the house you can reach the Pian del Tivano, a popular destination for lovers of trekking and cross-country skiing. The only astronomical observatory in the area is located nearby.
All the coastal towns, such as Como and Bellagio also Menaggio, Tremezzo, Argegno and Torno, are easily reachable also by boat.
The international airport of Milan Malpensa is only an hour's drive away while the city of Milan can be reached in about an hour and a quarter.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
