Predore: Location and surroundings of this property

Located on the Western side of Lake Iseo bordering Sarnico, the town of Predore is spread part on the lakeside and part on the hills, offering spectacular views. By the lake, in the heart of the town, there is Villa Lanza with the “Half-Tower” from the 12th century, once part of the fortification of the village. On the Northern side there is the Sanctuary of “Madonna della neve”, accessible via a staircase of 288 steps, which offers a splendid view over the famous Torbiere d’Iseo. Of particular importance, the archaeological site of the Roman thermal complex that shows how from the 2nd Century Predore was a popular holiday resort and hunting spot.
