The palace is located in the historic center of Pergine Valsugana. The peculiarity of its location consists in the orientation of its main facade and the entrance to the east, on the main street of the pedestrian center of the village.
Built in 1600, the building looks like an imposing rectangular block, its facade is marked by regular windows and a striking and original wooden entrance door.
The facade features its original frescoes, one in particular of 1715 depicting the Madonna protector of the palace.
The almost totality of the building, developed on 4 levels, is intended as a residence, except for a ground floor room of 60 square meters once used as a business. The ground floor includes a spacious library with working fireplace, a bedroom with access to the inner courtyard, a double bedroom, two bathrooms, two storage rooms, a cellar and the garden of about 400 square meters characterized by plants and secular trees.
Going up a striking and characteristic staircase in red stone, from the inner courtyard leads to the first floor, entirely dedicated to the main house. The latter consists of an important frescoed ballroom, now used as a living area; in addition, there are dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, a practical and spacious study, and six bedrooms.
At the last level, reached today with a spiral staircase, there is the attic floor today still unfinished, perfect for total customization and space management.
