The Villa is located on the northern part of Como very near the exit highway to Lugano and in a private and very tranquil street.
The property is located in the area between Villa Olmo and Villa Aprica; convenient to reach the long lake of Como and its center by foot, the area is well served by many urban bus lines.
The prestigious Montessori school is a three-minute walk away, while the Swiss customs and the motorway connecting Milan and the international airport of Milan Malpensa are five minutes away by car.
Very convenient to reach both the airport, in about half an hour by car, and the city of Milan, about forty minutes away by car.
The city of Lugano can be reached in about twenty minutes by car and the private airport of Agno in half an hour.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
