In the basement there is a ski storage room, two rooms with fir floor intended for further bedrooms, a convenient laundry room and a bathroom with shower. In the basement there is also the heating system that heats the whole house through radiant panels embedded in the floor slab, a solution that gives a feeling of well-being; through 8 holes of about 100 meters deep, the system produces the entire caloric needs of the chalet: heating and hot water. Pertaining to two parking spaces, located in the garage which is accessed through a tunnel that opens onto a road inside the property.
The materials and finishes are of high quality: the walls and the ceiling are covered in pine wood, which has, in addition to the honey color, the characteristic of the perfume; the fir floors come from an ancient Trentino farm and have been perfectly restored; the gable roof is covered with gneiss slabs laid in opus incertum, maintaining the traditions of the place.

The Alpine resort town of Ponte di Legno is located just over 1,200m above sea level, at the end of Valle Camonica, in the province of Brescia. It borders on the one hand, through Passo del Tonale, with the province of Trento, and on the other, through Passo di Gavia, with the province of Sondrio. Ponte di Legno has never lost its charm as a mountain village: its silence and the magic of the place are an irresistible attraction for those seeking contact with nature.
It’s also the most important ski resort in Lombardy, with its one hundred kilometers of ski slopes and numerous ski lifts. But you can also practice many other sports in every season, first of all cycling and golf, thanks to the golf club inserted into Adamello Park at 1.500m asl.
