What you should know about this plot of land

Special features of this plot of land

Giulianova: Location and surroundings of this plot

Giulianova is a municipality of the province of Teramo with 23,737 inhabitants, it has got a strong commercial and tourist vocation and one of the most frequented seaside resorts of the Middle Adriatic. The beautiful fine sandy beach, a clear sea from the shallow waters, a prime location on the coast, the tourist port, the green hills, the bike lane and the wonderful view to Gran Sasso mountain attract every year many tourists in Giulianova, from Italy and abroad.
The city is served very well by the central railway station, the two Highways A14 and A25 and the two airports Ancona Falconara and Pescara Sanzio.
Giulianova's is a story of destruction and rebirth, its origins date back to Castrum Novum Piceni, a colony founded by the Romans around 290 BC forward, on a pre-exsisting settlement at the intersection of the ancient viability at the mouth of the Batinus River, the today’s Tordino. With the name of Castel San Flaviano, in the Middle Ages the centre continues to be an important trading port, strategic point on the border of the Kingdom of Naples, guarding the northern coast of Abruzzo. In 1471 the King of Naples granted to the Duke Giulio Antonio Acquaviva to realize his dream, allowing him to invite the neighboring populations to move to the new city, guaranteeing them a house and a land to be cultivated out of the walls. Then Giulia was born and became one of the first architectural and urban experiments of the fifteenth century, an "ideal city of the Renaissance age", inspired by the most advanced ideas of humanists: a system of streets and squares, churches and defensive structures, a city to be discovered.
