The real estate is located in the historic centre of Garda, overlooking a public garden where young people can meet and play and guests can find a parking. This is a silent area far from the main street, but all services are within walking distance. In Garda there are nurseries, schools, post offices, banks, medical centres and a big thermal structure. We are very closed to the Garda Lake, that we can reach on foot. From the port it is also possible to reach many important lake places by ferry. Garda is located 3 km away from Bardolino and 3 km away from Torri del Benaco. In the same municipality we find the renowned Golf of Marciaga, reachable in 5 minutes by car.
