This development project comes from the idea of transforming the old movie theatre “Cinema Verdi” into a new housing complex, while also preserving the history and shape of the City of Chioggia.
The ground floor was designated to house accommodations, cellars, and on the internal courtyard, various parking spaces.
All the cellars, useful for storing bicycles or scooters, can be reached by a covered walkway, easily accessible thanks to the absence of steps. Each apartment can be combined with a cellar.
The parking spaces, on request, can be combined with some of the apartments, subject to availability.
The first and second floor house apartments of different shapes and sizes, some with a terrace, others with a penthouse, but all of them are served by a stairwell with elevator.
In particular, all the units on the ground and first floor have the advantage of being spread on a single level. The apartments on the second floor also have a mezzanine and a large livable terrace. In addition, all the apartments have an independent heating system with underfloor distribution.
The materials used for the renovation comply with historic buildings while ensuring the advantages and comfort of contemporary buildings.
This allows the facades and structure of this building complex to visually ”merge“ with the neighbouring buildings and the typical architecture of the historic centre of Chioggia. The facade of the building represents the image of the project.
The façade is a recreation of a musical scorse that proposes - with the current digital representations of sound - a sort of tempered scale. The passer-by is the listener, without whom music does not exist. The different colours indicate the intensity of the sound emitted and represent the historical colours of the Chioggia navy, in the collective imagination, at the same time, as well.

Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
