The property is immersed in absolute quietness, with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery, in sundrenched hills, nestled amidst the olive trees of the old Moltedo hamlet.
Within the village there are various churches, the most important of which being that of St. Bernard's, home to a painting of the Sacred Family by Jan Roos, student of Van Dyck.
Reaching Moltedo is extremely straightforward. After exiting the motorway at Imperia-Ovest, it is a 9 km drive along the provincial road. Moltedo is part of Impera, a town with a fabulous climate and strategic position: by the sea, near the ski slopes of Limone Piemonte, just an hour's drive from both the airports of Genoa and Nice, and just a few kilometres from Sanremo, Ospedaletti, Bordighera, many wonderful little hamlets of western Liguria, and from France.
