There are a number of sports activities to choose from in the vicinities: golf courses, horse riding trips, bike trails in the hills, but also along the longest bicycle path in Europe by the sea, skiing at the nearby ski resorts. The sea and all amenities are also not far away, in just a few minutes one can reach beautiful Porto Maurizio, its narrow streets, splendid little seafront hamlets like Borgo foce, Borgo Prino and Borgo Marina with their beaches, promenades, shops bars and restaurants. And just further down the road there is lovely Oneglia with its typical 'Portici' (arcades), splendid Calata Cuneo with its bars and restaurants. The property can be easily reached and is just 30 minutes from Sanremo, only 95 Km from Montecarlo and Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport.
