The famous Obereggen ski area can be reached in fifteen minutes by car or by bus. In Cardano you will also find the town hall and the health centre of the municipality of Cornedo all'Isarco, as well as all the necessary services for families. The public transport service connects Cardano to Bolzano with very frequent bus services. A short distance from the village passes the Valle Isarco cycle path, a popular destination especially for families with children, since in this area there is the "artistic" stretch of the bike path.
