Alfiano Natta, one of the oldest villages of the Monferrato, is situated in the midst of a landscape of soft rolling hills, with springs, forests and vineyards.
It’s an ideal destination for lovers of nature and trekking, as it is on the walking trail “sentiero dei colli pietrosi”. In the last years it has become increasingly popular with foreign tourists thanks to its welcoming Agriturismi and Guesthouses.
In the centre of the village there is an old oven, once used to bake bread for the troops of Napoleon during the battle of Marengo; it is still used today to bake the typical cake called ‘Tirà’
Alfiano Natta lies in the province of Alessandria but is closer to the town of Asti, which is only 20 minutes away.
10 minutes to Moncalvo, approx. 30 minutes to Alessandria and Casale.
