Guanzate is located near three of the region's most prestigious golf clubs: the "Carimate Golf Club", the "Pinetina Golf Club" in Appiano Gentile and the "Villa D’Este Golf Club". The provincial capital, Como, can be easily reached in 20 minutes by car (15 km) and the city of Lecco is 41 km (51 minutes) away.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
