Commission Details

The Client appoints our Real Estate Agency to act as Agent by signing the RE agency agreement or by simply accessing to our services, described in our brochure, and to our exposé and clauses related.
The Client is committed to pay an agency commission of 4% (+VAT) calculated on the property purchasing price.
