Dervio: Location and surroundings of this property

Dervio is located on the eastern shore of Lake Como, about 30 km north of Lecco, capital of the province; it can be
reached by car via the Provincial Road, SP 72, which panoramically crosses the towns of the eastern lake shore, or
the fastest state road, SS 36 from Milan-Lecco (new Dervio exit). The Dervio railway station is on the Milan-Lecco-
Sondrio-Tirano line (80 Km from Milan).
The Derviese peninsula extends into the Lario waters at an altitude of about 200 meters, but is close to Mount
Legnoncino (1714 m) and Legnone (2610 m), the peak of the Orobic Alps, which is the highest in the province of Lecco.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
