This traditional Tuscan stone farmhouse is located in the countryside of Volterra, in an ancient hamlet called La Torricella. This name derives from the fact that in ancient times there was a tower fortification, which was very important for the sighting against the incursions of the Florentines who were trying to conquer the strategic territory of Volterra. This historic hamlet was later the seat of one of the most important and extensive agricultural farms around Volterra and enjoys an enviable position with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the city of Volterra, which dominates from the highest hill. The 317-sqm farmhouse has been renovated following the Tuscan style. Today it is divided into three apartments; each apartment consists of a large bedroom, bathroom with window, large living room with fireplace and kitchenette. On the ground floor there is an apartment with an independent entrance; a typical external staircase with a panoramic terrace takes us to the upper floor, where there is the common entrance to the two apartments and a terrace with a splendid view of the surrounding countryside.
