Adjacent is the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a room equipped with three more bunk beds and a further small toilet. All the spaces have been designed to be used to the maximum, nothing has been left to chance. The property is completed by a cellar in the basement, a communal ski room, a communal laundry room, part of the caretaker's quarters and a large garden, which is also communal. The technological systems have been renewed with the last renovation and have certificates of conformity.


Selva Val Gardena: Location and surroundings of this property

At 1563 metres above sea level, Selva is the highest village in Val Gardena. Situated on the edge of the Puez-Odle nature park and with the Sellaronda route passing right through the centre, Selva di Val Gardena boasts a unique geographical position in the Dolomites. Numerous high-profile events take place in Selva every year: concerts, festivals and sporting events. In Selva, therefore, there is never a dull moment! The property is located close to the centre of the village, Piazza Nives can be reached on foot in less than ten minutes, thanks to the pedestrian pathway that passes right in front of the building. All essential services, such as exclusive shops for your shopping, supermarket and shops with typical products are located a few hundred metres away. Paths that take you to the most beautiful places in the Dolomites, adventurous mountain bike trails or scenic road bike tours are really close at hand. Similarly, the ski slopes for your winter days can be admired directly from the balcony of your house: the Nives and Biancaneve school camps are less than 500 metres away and from here you can easily reach the Dantercepies cable car and the Sellaronda.

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
