Villa Argentina, built at the end of the 1800s by the Roccatagliata Family, takes the name of the country where many years before, like so many compatriots at the time, the original progenitor of Santa Margherita Ligure had emigrated.
Returning to his homeland, in the beloved Santa Margherita Ligure, he had the villa built in its current form.
The building, overlooking the gulf of Santa Margherita Ligure and with a marvelous view over it, is characterized by an essential and rigorous exterior architecture, reasonably sober, with a geometry of square shape, with rounded corners. Only the south side has a curvature almost as if it wanted to lean towards the sea and the sun. The plastered façades have valuable decorations that with an adequate and skilful restoration will bring the villa back to its original splendour.

The third floor has the same characteristics as the floor below but does not have external spaces. The windows of the floor allow you to enjoy a spectacular sea view.
The fourth floor, mansard-roofed with natural roof lighting through skylights, is also composed of a large living room with eight rooms plus service. On this floor it is possible to create some “a pozzetto” terraces in the roofs that will allow an enjoyable 360 ° panoramic view.
Part of the property is also a small building currently intended partly as a garage for a total of approx. 140sqm, where it will be possible to realize, thanks to a new project, an independent villa.
