What you should know about this villa

Amenities and special features of this villa

This town, well connected to Naples and Sorrento by the Circumvesuviana railroad, is now a favored tourist destination for its short distance to Sorrento’s coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Stabia, for its cable car that leads to the top of Mount Faito and for its harbour with all the swift boat transfers to Capri.
The location of the property is ideal, given the presence of many different schools in the area, a skating rink, a large parking lot and other useful services all the while remaining at a healthy distance from all the undesired noise and frenzy of the city center. The multi floor villa is divided as follows:
Firstly, one should mention that the villa is equipped with an elevator connecting all levels of the property. The ground floor makes way to main entrance leading to a covered atrium and quite a spacious garage. Here one could also storage space of around 60sqm, two bedroom with bathrooms. A marble staircase then leads to the first floor where one finds a spacious living room, a dining and large kitchen area, two bedrooms, a master bathroom and a smaller bathroom. This floor is complemented by a wide balcony with a lovely view of Mount Faito.

Napoli: Location and surroundings of this property

Castellammare di Stabia is a small well-populated town located at the border of the Vesuvian area and the Sorrentine Peninsula, halfway between Naples and Salerno. Just a short distance away from the world renown Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi Coast.
One could therefore easily reach the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Oplonti and the lesser known archaeological site of Stabia. This residential area offers a lovely view of the lush vegetation of Mount Faito, source of thermal waters known for their healing properties. Many useful services surround the property; parking lots, schools, sport fields, and mainly the harbor with its connecting transfers to Capri and Sorrento and the Marina Di Stabia with its prestigious yacht club and private boat docks.
