Domaso: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located on the border between Domaso and Gera Lario (CO), directly on Lake Como. The town of Gera Lario can be reached in minutes where you will find, ice cream parlor, bars, restaurants, bank, hairdresser, pharmacy, perfumery, food stores, the marina, playground, tennis court and soccer field.
Gera Lario is located in one of the most characteristic areas of the Larian basin and is largely surrounded by an oasis of fauna called the "Pian di Spagna and Lake Mezzola", which is one of the largest and most important nature reserves in northern Italy. The nature reserve offers educational and recreational trails of great interest, where you can find an incredible variety of animals and plants. During the summer, this part of the lake enjoys a thermal wind called "Breva" which ensures a consistently pleasant climate that is never muggy, and provides the perfect conditions for boating, sailing and windsurfing enthusiasts, an ideal environment to practice their favorite sport. Even for para gliders, mountain bikers and golfers, Gera Lario is an ideal destination.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
