Como: Location and surroundings of this property

Guanzate is located south-west of Como. The town center offers a modern infrastructure, shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. In addition to the excellent public schools, there is also the famous "Fino Mornasco International School" nearby.
Guanzate is located near three of the region's most prestigious golf clubs: the "Carimate Golf Club", the "Pinetina Golf Club" in Appiano Gentile and the "Villa D’Este Golf Club". The provincial capital, Como, can be easily reached in 20 minutes by car (15 km) and the city of Lecco is 41 km (51 minutes) away.
The Lombard metropolis of Milan and the international airports of Linate and Malpensa can be reached in about 40 minutes by car, the city of Lugano in Switzerland with its airport in about 42 minutes by car.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
