Inside the Murlongo holiday apartment complex, in a setting rich in cypress trees that give shade, tranquility and privacy, naturally integrated in the context of the park, we find this single villa. The park includes individual houses hidden in the wooded slope and groups of houses that descend on the two sides of the hill and are part of a complex of holiday homes built in the early 1970s. Inside the park, well cared, it is possible to easily access the large parking lot and forget about the car for the entire period of the stay, walking in the common garden on foot and jogging in complete relax. As soon as we park the car we immediately find ourselves immersed in nature, a few steps and we find ourselves in our property. Before entering the house we can take advantage to enjoy the fully secluded porch where it is possible to enjoy breakfast and main meals even with friends, being able to easily accommodate 8 people. Entering the house you immediately appreciate the large french windows that give light and a feeling of vacation, we find ourselves in the living area and kitchen, well separated from each other. The night area is completed with its three bedrooms and bathroom. From an external staircase, independent from the ground floor and the porch, it is then possible to access a well-finished basement, with windows that access a small shaft lit by wolf's mouths. Entering we find a large space used as an additional living area that with a sofa bed can easily accommodate two people. A bathroom, a laundry room and a storage room complete the basement. Zona golf Costermano, Marciaga e Castion Veronese: Location and surroundings of this property

We are in the Murlongo residential park on the morainic hills of the eastern shore of Lake Garda, a few kilometers from the lake. The Municipality of Costermano is a paradise for lovers of nature and open-air sports, it is about 35 kilometers from Verona and is at the center of the communication routes that lead to the middle lake, Garda and Monte Baldo, directly to the west side San Zeno di Montagna and indirectly to the east side through Caprino. Costermano, like Rome, is spread over seven hills: Castello, Montegolo, Are di Sopra, Le Guardie, Boffenigo, Murlongo and Baesse.
Directly from the hill of the Murlongo splendid trekking walks, jogging or mountain biking trails start to take place all in one breath. From Costermano it is possible to reach Garda in 3.5 km, Bardolino in 6 km and Affi in 5 km.
