Monte San Giusto: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located next to the Monte San Giusto's old town, a shoe-making center of about 8000 inhabitants in the province of Macerata.
The locality is characterized by a remarkable historical heritage, having regarding to the presence, since the Roman era, of the „Mons Iustitiae“ toponym and, subsequently, Telusiano, testified also by the presence of medieval buildings and where in 1506 the Bishop Nicoló Bonafede had built its aristocratic residence, known as "Bonafede Palace" which, together with the Urbino Ducal Palace, represents one of the most important examples of Renaissance architecture in the Marche Region.
The city lies on one of the many briliant hills of the Marche Region and it's only 10 km from the sea.
Monte San Giusto, in recent years, has also become known as the "Smile City", thanks to the success of the "Clown & Clown Festival", an event taking annualy place between the end of September and the beginning of October and that, inaugurated in 2005, has grown exponentially, becoming a messenger of the universal and therapeutic value of laughter and, at the same time, bearer of a strong message in terms of peace and equality.
