Mezzegra: Location and surroundings of this property

Mezzegra is a fraction of Tremezzina, a municipality established recently on the western shore of Lake Como.
The municipality of Tremezzina is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
Nearby there are many tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, hotels, as well as supermarkets and banks.
Just a ten minute walk from the apartment you can reach the ferryboat landing to explore Lake Como and its most famous places conveniently with the lake’s navigation service.
Menaggio is only five kilometers away, while the city of Cernobbio is twenty kilometers away.
The international airport of Milan Malpensa can be reached in about an hour by car as well as the Swiss city of Lugano.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
