The area facing the Porto Grande was the scene of ancient battles in Greek times between the Athenian military forces and those of the city of Syracuse. Further south, along the coast, is the locality of Pillirina, where there are several stone caves overlooking the sea, used both in Greek times and later. Pillirina has two very characteristic unspoilt beaches and boasts a landscape that has remained virtually unchanged over time. At the southernmost tip is the lighthouse of Capo Murro di Porco, which, with its sheer cliffs, offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Commission Details

The brokerage fee (commission) is paid by the buyer in the amount of 4.00% + VAT of the purchase price of the property.
