What you should know about this house

Amenities and special features of this house

We present on sale a villa with sea view situated on the hills of Massarosa. It is a picturesque residential complex with breathtaking and panoramic view. The elegant villa, in typical Tuscan style, is composed of 5 independent real estate units along with a cottage with panoramic views. The villa sits on a 7.000 square meters plot, which comprise a beautiful garden planted with trees and a terraced olive grove of 5.000 square meters. The property includes a large parking and a licensed project for the construction of a suggestive infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean sea.

Massarosa Colline: Location and surroundings of this property

This villa on sale is located on the hills of Massarosa, halfway between Viareggio, a charming seaside resort, and the entrance of the motorway that leads to the famous art cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The strategic location of this property makes it an excellent solution for those who are looking for relax, culture and entertainment. The villa is situated on the verdant slopes of Bargecchia, a small village in the municipality of Massarosa. From these hills you can admire the Tirreno sea and the lake Massaciuccoli and - in good weather conditions - you can also see the islands of Capraia, Elba and Gorgona. In the center of the village stands the church of St. Martin, a romanesque monument: you can admire polyptyches of the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries, paintings, marble objects and silvers of the XVI Century and interesting wood works. The real peculiarity is inside the bell tower. The four bells, of various sizes, were delivered to the village in 1885. It is said that the composer Giacomo Puccini often went to Bargecchia to hear the wonderful melody of the bells, which was accurately reproduced at the end of the first act of his famous opera Tosca.
