Cima in Porlezza is a coastal town overlooking the Italian shore of Lake Lugano.
The center of Lugano which is safe and multi-ethnic is only 10 minutes away by car, while Menaggio, located on Lake Como, is about 15 minutes away.
You also have the option to reach Switzerland and the city of Lugano conveniently by using the public ferryboat service.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
