The small winery is located in the noblest part of the Moscato di Scanzo production area. Born in 1978, it assumes its current shape in 2005 thanks to the passion of the owner who is dedicated to viticulture with the aim of producing personal, unique and unrepeatable wines. In the space of a few harvests, with great attention to quality, it has conquered growing market shares, winning prestigious awards together with the favor of the public and critics. The vineyards of the company are located in the middle hills, facing south-east, with characteristics of climate, soil and altitude typical of great wines. The company covers a total area of about 2 hectares, partly a vineyard destined to Moscato di Scanzo DOCG and Valcalepio Rosso DOC (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) and a few olive trees, the remaining part to coppice. The company also buys grapes and / or lots of wine from selected local companies. Average annual production of about 28 / 30HL of wine (about 4 / 5,000 bottles) with two currently on the market. It looks like a small garden, in the center of which is the main two-storey building: on the mezzanine floor the house with large living area and kitchen, two bedrooms, hallway and bathroom; large terrace from which to enjoy the magnificent panoramic view, ideal for convivial meetings and moments of relaxation. In the basement the cellar, the rooms for the processing of grapes and bottling, garage, bathroom and technical rooms. Included in the price are equipment, furnishings, the company brand and inventories.
Sometimes it is enough to go a little off the usual routes to discover secret and well hidden jewels. Up the 'Muscat Hill' the colors of the trees paint a splendid autumn rainbow and the vines, now bare, enjoy a well-deserved winter rest. Right here, in Scanzorosciate, on the summit of Monte Bastia, is the cellar, a place magnificently exposed to salary rays and well ventilated, considered the cradle. In recent decades Scanzorosciate has acquired ever greater importance even outside the provincial borders, thanks to the numerous wine producing companies that have increasingly promoted and enhanced their vineyards where Moscato di Scanzo and Moscato passito are produced. In this regard, the Municipality of Scanzorosciate, together with other realities, has set up an association called Strada del Moscato di Scanzo, aimed at further enhancing the naturalistic, artistic and food and wine beauties of the town. There are also numerous agritourism companies that offer tastings of typical Bergamo products. The tollbooth on the A4 Turin-Venice motorway that connects the province of Bergamo to Brescia (50 km) and Milan (50 km) is only 10 km away, while the Milan Orio al Serio International Airport is only 13 km away. Scanzorosciate is also a few kilometers from the Endine and Iseo lakes and from Lake Garda.
