On the 26 September, the opening night of the Monaco Yacht Show, Engel & Völkers Yachting held an exclusive private cocktail in collaboration with Engel & Völkers Private Office onboard Aresteas.
“Engel & Völkers Yachting extends from the global network that has established itself as a leader in the luxury sector for more than 40 years. Today, we see top yachting brokerages trying to establish collaborations with other premium real estate agencies, however, the difference with Engel & Völkers Yachting is that we work from within the family”, said Anissa Mediouni, CEO of Engel & Völkers Yachting.
Those in attendance from Private Office were Constantin von Dalwigk, Managing Director of the Private Office, and Maximilian Stamm, Head of Business Development Private Office, as well as Private Office Advisors including Anja Beck, Yasemin Rosenmaier and Catalina Duinea.
The event was held to bring together clients from the Engel & Völkers network for a special evening during the Monaco Yacht Show to once more demonstrate the kind of luxury services Engel & Völkers has to offer to their clients.
Engel & Völkers Private Office is a global off-market real estate opportunity, operating in the world’s most prestigious locations and always puts discretion first in the service approach. Seeking to assist clientele in finding and selling distinctive real estate, by discretely leveraging the reach of the Engel & Völkers group.
There was a wonderful atmosphere onboard including fun entertainment and decadent food. Violinist Katharina Pustka and her DJ were creating musical magic for guests to dance the night away while a delicious service of live-cooking with a private chef was prepared along with a flowing bar of Ruinart champagne on the sundeck.
“At Engel & Völkers we have the great advantage that we all have the same exclusive clientele. An E&V shop can have potential yachting clients and can have potential real estate clients. We can all benefit from the synergies between the divisions including our clients as we expand our portfolio of services”, explained Anissa Mediouni.
Its presence at the yacht show also gave Engel & Völkers Yachting the opportunity to introduce its latest team member: the new Commercial Director, Federico Bennewitz. In this new role, he manages the sale and charter operations of Engel & Völkers Yachting on the French Riviera and in Monaco. With more than 30 years of experience in the yachting industry, he has supervised many new construction and refit projects in the past, with brands including Perini Navi, Sanlorenzo, Viareggio Superyachts, the Nautor Group, Wally and Logica.
